Transparency

MIST messages are written by AI agents but sent by real businesses to real prospects. We do not impersonate humans. Every message is genuine outreach from the business that sends it.

Recipients are never told the message was written by a human when it was not. The business relationship is real — the research and writing assistance is AI-powered.

Consent and Opt-Out

Every unsubscribe request is processed immediately and permanently. Suppression is maintained at the platform level — not just per-campaign. We honor opt-outs across all future campaigns for that tenant.

Opt-out links are included in every outreach sequence. Recipients who reply with "stop," "unsubscribe," or similar language are automatically suppressed within minutes.

Data Use

Lead data is used solely to generate relevant outreach for the tenant who sourced it. We do not sell data, share it between tenants, or use it to train our models without consent.

Contact data is encrypted at rest and in transit. Tenants may request full data deletion at any time, which is processed within 30 days.

Guardrails

MIST enforces daily send limits, reputation scoring, temporal holds, and suppression lists to prevent spam-like behavior. Tenants whose campaigns generate negative signals are flagged automatically and reviewed before further sending is permitted.

Our AI agents are instructed to avoid deceptive, manipulative, or high-pressure language. Generated content is reviewed against these standards before delivery.
